“Metalo Galva Ukraine” was constructed and launched at the beginning of 2018. The company specializes in the production and hot galvanizing of metal structures for power lines. The production capacity allows us to galvanize constructions up to 13 meters in length and weighing up to 8 tons. We use sustainable and eco-friendly technology. The production took about 8.5 million dollars to launch and created around 300 jobs. 

The “Metalo Galva Ukraine” LLC plant is unique in its technological equipment and has no alternatives or competitors in regards to its production capacities anywhere in Ukraine. The galvanizing line is equipped with the machinery by the Italian manufacturer BISOL, which has a capacity of 45,000 tons per year.

The company has introduced the full cycle of manufacturing for metal structures of any complexity:

• single-circuit and multi-circuit power transmission lines of low, medium, and high voltage from 0.38 kV to 750 kV;

• intermediate, suspension, anchor, anchor-angle, and line portals, towers;

• guard railings;

• stair flights;

• trusses, posts, columns, beams, bracing for building structures, and many more.
